Policies – Warranty, Support, Price Match, etc.

The following Paragraphs describe the return policies as it applies to the family of Wolfgang TELEMONITOR products, including the Road Case (Revised 28 November 2011).

*Shipping - All prices are factory direct prices and do not include taxes or shipping/handling/delivery charges.  Shipping charges for each Wolfgang TELEMONITOR Wedge or Stand is FREE and shipping for the Road Case is $79.00 to the 48 Contiguous United States.  Additional Charges apply to International shipments or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or US Possessions.  Express shipping is available at an additional charge.

**Return Policy - If you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the Wolfgang TELEMONITOR or any other product purchased through this website, you can return the Wolfgang TELEMONITOR (or other product) for a complete refund, within 7 days of receiving the product.  Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  The TELEMONITOR (or other product) must be packed such that no damage will occur during transit and must be insured, and be in the same working order as when in your possession – when we receive it back from you. All packing, manuals, disks, accessories and components must be included with the return.  Please call us at 1-800-841-9960 (Toll Free) or 913-239-9299 to get a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA#) before shipping it back.

***Warranty - Main Street Dream Makers LLC warrants the Wolfgang TTELEMONITOR from defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days.  If there is ANY failure of a component in the first 90 days, just call us and we will make arrangements for a component swap after problem diagnosis.   We will provide phone support to assist with component replacement if necessary.  You then are required to return the inoperative component and that shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  The shipping of the replacement component to you will be no charge to the purchaser.  After 90 days we will help diagnose the problem and any required replacement parts and shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

****Support - Customers also receive phone in product support and assistance for up to one year without charge.

*****Price Match Commitment (Currently US Shipments Only) – Main Street Dream Makers LLC (MSDM LLC) is committed to providing the best value and price to our customers. Main Street Dream Makers LLC will MEET or BEAT, at MSDM LLC discretion, any price of an Equivalent Competing TELEMONITOR/Teleprompter Type Device. You must have evidence of any price that you ask us to match in writing and Main Street Dream Makers LLC or any other purchaser must be able to receive the same price – in other words the price cannot be a special price to the requester only.  Equivalent Competing TELEMONITOR/Teleprompter Type Device is defined as a competitors product that includes for all intents and purposes the same or similar equipment and services that are part of the Main Street Dream Makers LLC Wolfgang TELEMONITOR price (to include, but not limited to: the processor, operating system, memory, hard disk, software, display monitor, case, stand, foot-switch, keyboard, battery backup, telescoping handle, wheels, Plexiglas shield, protective door for display, packaging, packing, shipping, warranty and phone support). After a determination is made regarding the equivalency, if the device is equivalent the price will be at a minimum matched or we will beat it at MSDM LLC discretion.  If there is a difference between our product and the competing device we reserve the right to offer a revised price to you or offer our product at prevailing MSDM LLC prices.
