Description

The prepared text or lyrics are displayed on the 22 inch (19″ for Stand Models too) diagonal display positioned for a portrait or landscape presentation to the user. The screen can be easily viewed with clear definition at over 20 feet.  The font is user adjustable allowing for choosing a comfortable size for the performer.

In addition – the wedge does not look like a music stand or a lectern; it looks just like a black audio monitor.  It is indeed a stage teleprompter for music display and it is virtually stealth sitting up there on stage.

All TELEMONITORs work indoors in dark lighting or outdoors on a sunny day, you can use it at every gig.  The font color and background are configurable, allowing you to set it up for the conditions.

The wedges are constructed with rugged plywood and solid wood materials to stand up to the harsh world of performing. Although it is not recommended to throw the TELEMONITOR around like some speaker cabinets can be treated.  After all there is some computer equipment located in the cabinet.

The processor based output is displayed on a 22 inch (also 19″ for Stand Models) display.  A wireless USB keyboard with an integral two key touch pad mouse and a USB wired four switch foot pedal are used as human interactive interfaces to the processor.  A software package is used for text display.

For the Standard TELEMONITOR Wedges everything is outfitted in a floor monitor cabinet that has powered cross flow ventilation to assist with component cooling.  Operating Temperature Range 50 to 100 degrees F.

The TELEMONITOR is easy to start using almost immediately.  It does not need much set up like conventional stage teleprompter systems do.  Format the text in the included Software to meet your personal font and screen layout needs.  When it is loaded onto the PC (using network, thumb drive or keyed in directly) the software is then started using the keyboard.  Once the software is put into full screen mode with the keyboard, the show can go on.  The footswitch is used to index the software through the text or lyrics pages, until the presentation or gig is finished.

Additional Features

• Battery Backup – an onboard battery backup units allows for about 15 minutes detached from 110 Volt power during power outages or other occasions.

Options  

• VGA Cables up to 150 feet are available or wireless transmitters can be provided.  This is a special order.
• Security software – if you desire virus or other protection not included with XP, it is available.
• Portable DVD/CD Drive – if you want the flexibility of adding software or data(songs) to the TELEMONITOR using a Portable DVD/CD drive one can be included in your order for an additional charge.
• Windows 7 – MS Windows XP comes standard but can be substituted by  Windows 7 if you desire.
• Dual Core Processor – The standard unit has a single core Atom Processor but a dual core can be substituted if you desire.
