The following Paragraphs describe the return policies as it applies to the family of Wolfgang TELEMONITOR products.

Shipping

All prices are factory direct prices and do not include taxes or shipping/handling/delivery charges.  (Revised 18 May 2014).

  • STANDARD Shipping charges for each Wolfgang TELEMONITOR® Wedge is FREE to the contiguous 48 United States via the United States Postal Service (typically 7-10 days in the US) – except on eBay sales.
  • EXPEDITED Shipping is available for an additional $35.00 for FedEx Ground service to the contiguous 48 United States (typically 3-4 days in the US) through phone-in orders.  eBay orders have EXPEDITED shipping as standard with the actual cost accessed when purchasing through eBay.
  • EXPRESS Shipping is available at an additional charge and will be calculated when order is processed  (overnight shipping is possible in US).
  • Additional Charges apply to International shipments or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or US Possessions.   
  • We typically ship the same day as receiving your order if the order is received before 2:30 pm Central US Time providing that we have your desired model in stock when you order.
  • Our standard shipping mode (with your budgets in mind) is USPS in the US,  the expedited shipping mode is FedEx Ground in the US and internationally.
  • Shipping for the Road Case and a la carte shipped accessories will be determined when ordering and will be an additional charge.

Return Policy

If you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the Wolfgang TELEMONITOR® or any other product purchased through this website, you can return the Wolfgang TELEMONITOR® (or other product) for a refund of your purchase price and standard shipping cost (not including EXPRESS or Premium shipping costs) if applicable (less a 30% restocking fee), within 14 days of receiving the product. Any premium delivery shipping costs that were charged when your purchase was made will not be refunded. Additionally, return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The TELEMONITOR (or other product) must be packed such that no damage will occur during transit and must be insured, and be in the same working order as when in your possession – when we receive it back from you. All packing, manuals, disks, accessories and components must be included with the return. Please call us at 1-800-841-9960 (Toll Free) or 913-239-9299 to get a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA#) before shipping it back. After we receive the TELEMONITOR and it is in the appropriate condition, a check will be mailed to you or a credit card/paypal refund will be provided depending on where we are in the credit card or paypal processing cycle (Revised 1 May 2016)

Direct Purchase Warranty

For Phone-In purchases, Main Street Dream Makers LLC warrants the Wolfgang TELEMONITOR® from defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year (unless purchased through eBay – SEE eBay Warranty Below).  If there is ANY failure of a component in the first 1 year (365 days), just call us and we will make arrangements for a component swap after problem diagnosis.  This only applies to failure due to component defect, damage caused by accident, neglect or other customer action is not covered by warranty.  We will provide phone support to assist with component replacement if necessary.  You are required to return the inoperative component to MSDM LLC and that shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser (if the defective component is not returned any remaining portion of the warranty will voided). Typically FedEx Ground or USPS First Class Mail shipping of the replacement component to you will be no charge to the purchasers in the US – outbound shipping charges for non US warranty shipments will be the purchases responsibility.  If overnight or faster service than FedEx Ground or USPS First Class Mail is required the additional cost will be the purchasers responsibility.  After 365 days we will help diagnose the problem and any required replacement parts purchased from Main Street Dream Makers LLC and any shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser – Returning/Sending the defective component to MSDMLLC may at our discretion allow for a discount to be provided for replacement parts – THIS POLICY IS RETROACTIVE TO ALL PHONE-IN CUSTOMERS MAKING PURCHASE ON OR AFTER 21 JUNE 2012, AND DOES NOT APPLY TO eBAY CUSTOMERS – see eBay Warranty below (Revised 1 October 2013)

eBay, ETSY and Bonanza Warranty

For eBay, ETSY and Bonanza Purchases – Main Street Dream Makers LLC warrants the Wolfgang TELEMONITOR® from defects in workmanship for a period of 180 days.  If there is ANY failure of a component in the first 180 days, just call us and we will make arrangements for a component swap after problem diagnosis.  This only applies to failure due to component defect, damage caused by accident, neglect or other customer action is not covered by warranty. We will provide phone support to assist with component replacement if necessary.  You are required to return the inoperative component to MSDM LLC and that shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser (if the defective component is not returned any remaining portion of the warranty will voided). Typically FedEx Ground or USPS First Class Mail shipping of the replacement component to you will be no charge to the purchasers in the US – outbound shipping charges for non US warranty shipments will be the purchasers responsibility.  If overnight or faster service than FedEx Ground or USPS First Class Mail is required the additional cost will be the purchasers responsibility.  After 180 days we will help diagnose the problem and any required replacement parts purchased from Main Street Dream Makers LLC and any shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser – Returning/Sending the defective component to MSDMLLC may at our discretion allow for a discount to be provided for replacement parts.  (Revised 1 August 2013)

Customers also receive phone in product support and assistance for up to one year without charge.

FAQ

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes we ship all over the world.  We have shipped many units all over Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia, South America, and North America (most have been shipped to the United States, Mexico and Canada).

How much does the shipping cost?

Our standard shipping (USPS 7-10 delivery in the US) is FREE to those in the Contiguous 48 United States.  There is an up charge for those in Alaska and Hawaii.  For all international shipments we use FedEx International Economy and the difference between the actual cost and the US cost basis is the calculated additional charge.  We will need the shipping address to give you a firm price for the additional shipping.

We do provide EXPEDITED FedEx Ground/Home service (3-4 days) to US customers for an additional $35 (more for Alaska or Hawaii).  We can provide EXPRESS services to any customer for our cost.  We also can use your shipping account if you desire. 

How long does the shipping usually take to receive a TELEMONITOR after purchase?

Standard shipping in the US via USPS Parcel Post is 7-10 days provided for no cost.  International shipping via FedEx International is 7-15 days, and depends greatly on how long it takes to clear Customs in the destination country, cost is determined upon order.

Expedited shipping in the US via FedEx Ground/Home service is 3-4 days for $35.  International shipping does not have an Expedited option.

What is the warranty?

Our warranty for New Stock is 1 year.  If you require assistance after 1 year – we typically can ship you necessary replacement parts for cost plus shipping, if you return us the defective piece.  We will also walk you through any installation required if you need our assistance.  We also cover demo, b-stock, and refurbished units with a one year warranty.

TELEMONITORs ordered thru eBay, ETSY and Bonanza only have a 6 month or 183 day warranty.

Express shipping in the US can provide delivery service as fast as overnight.  International Express can be delivered as fast as overnight.  These services are provided for an additional charge, calculated upon order.

We typically ship orders received before 2:30 pm US Central Time on the same day.

Are there any Sales Taxes that I have to pay to you?

At this time, if you live in the State of Kansas we will charge and collect sales tax.  Customers from other states do not have to pay sales tax to us.  International sales do not have to pay sales tax at this time either.  We collect sales tax for Road Case deliveries in Indiana, Kansas and Florida.

Are there any Duties, VATs or Sales Taxes that I have to pay to you for International shipments?

We do not charge or collect any International Duties, VATs or Sales Taxes at this time.  There may be duties assessed to you upon delivery by your countries Customs organization.  You will pay the duties or taxes directly to the delivery company or your countries Customs organization.
